Firstly one of the frock was defected secondly when I asked to exchange it they asked me to courier that frock to them after they’ll send me the refunded amount
After sometime someone contacted me for my bank account and transfer me the money but the defected frock is still with me I don’t why but your services are way too slow you need to upgrade the return exchange policy by sending one of your person with the fresh piece so the customer will get the new one and return the other one immediately
