Totally disappointed with your delivery service

I am so sad and disappointed with your delivery service Blue Ex as they haven't contacted me yet and updated their record " not available" on their own. I was so excited for my order as I am an old client, but this time I haven't got my parcel yet and your delivery team not even contacted me for once. I renewed my order two times in also complaint their but their was no use of that.
I am afraid I will look for another online store next time for purchase.
